There will be a JKF Dan Grading up to 3rd Dan held on Saturday 18th November 2017 as part of our Winter course. The course will take place at the Acorn Centre, Heythorp Drive, Acklam, Middlesbrough, TS5 8QB.
The examiners will be Leo McDermott 6th Dan (2nd Kyu Examiners Licence), John Stephenson 5th Dan (2nd Kyu Examiners Licence), Niko Utrainen 5th Dan (2nd Kyu Examiners Licence) and Jimmy Harte 4th Dan (3rd Kyu Examiners Licence).
Anyone interested in taking a Dan Grade must send an application form to John Stephenson, ABWK General Secretary no later than Saturday 11th November 2017. The form can be downloaded by clicking here.

The fees for the grading are as follows:-
£35 examination fee to be paid in Pounds Sterling.
Then if successful:
1st Dan Registration (non-JKF Member) = ￥11,000 Yen which includes an Individual JKF Membership fee of 3,000 Yen (forms will be available on the day) and 8,000 Yen Dan Grade Registration Fee.
1st Dan Registration (JKF Member) = ￥8,000
2nd Dan Registration (JKF Member) = ￥9,000
3rd Dan Registration (JKF Member) = ￥10,000
Please be aware that all registration fees must be paid in Yen – no Sterling will be accepted for registration fees.
