The ABWK Autumn Course takes place this weekend, October 4th and 5th, at Conyers School, Yarm. As always, this course will include an opportunity for any student who is ready to take a grade and also a competition on the Sunday for junior students. This is a brilliant chance to learn and improve your karate so do not be put off attending the course if you are not quite ready to grade yet!
