Please remember that due to the ABWK Summer Course there will be NO KARATE at Bannatynes or David Lloyds this weekend, July 4th.
Also, for the course please remember to bring your licence so that it can be signed.
Junior students should also bring sparring pads, if you do not have any there will be some available to buy on the course.
