Please remember you must keep your licence up to date in order to train or grade. If you are unsure if your licence is up to date you can check with the date on the slip at the back of the book.
You can download a licence form on the Downloads page or the Resources page and if your licence is out of date please return the form to your instructor ASAP.
Please note, out of date licences will be backdated to the date that they expired.
