Please note that Kaizen is closed for the summer break. There will be no karate at the club until Wednesday 7th September.
Karate remains on throughout the summer at Ingleby Barwick Community Hub Tuesdays from 7:45pm until 9:00pm and Sundays 6:00pm until 8:00pm. There is also training at Macmillan Academy from 7:00pm until 8:30pm on Wednesday evenings.
