As booking classes is compulsory, we will now be detailing the rules for booking below.

Firstly, in the short term, you may only book ONE session a week. There are a limited number of places and we want to be fair to everybody and allow everybody the opportunity to train. Once we get started, this may change, but until we see how things go, this limit will apply.

Instructors will be liaising with each other about the lists for each class in order to make things fair.

Instructors will work ONE WEEK AT A TIME, so no block bookings can take place. You will not be able to book upon leaving the class, as bookings will not open until the weekend after all the classes have taken place.

Please be aware that the email addresses are for different clubs – bannatyne.seniors@wadokai.org.uk is for the Tuesday and Friday night at Preston Farm while macmillan@wadokai.org.uk is for the classes at Macmillan Academy.

If you have booked a place at a class, please use it. If you cannot make it, please let the instructor know. As well as this, you must make the instructor aware no later than MIDDAY on the day of the class. If you do not do this, you will be charged for your place as it has prevented another person from training.

In the event of a no-show, you will still be charged and you will not be given priority in future.

We ask that parents please stay with their children during the sessions. Obviously, due to the capacity, you will be unable to stay in the dojo, but please, do not leave the venue.

We appreciate that everybody is enthusiastic to train in a group again, but we need to ensure everybody is given a fair chance. We hope you understand these rules and look forward to seeing you in the dojo very soon
