Please remember it is the ABWK Winter Course this coming weekend. As a result of this there will be NO KARATE at David Lloyds or Bannatynes in Ingleby Barwick on the Saturday.
The course itself takes place at the Acorn Centre in Acklam, Middlesbrough, TS5 8QB. There will be no entry to the centre until 1:00pm. Please arrive in good time, training starts at 1:30pm and everybody needs to be registered before then.
You will need to bring your licence with you on the course, if it is not up to date you can download a form and bring it with you by clicking here.
On the Sunday you will need a packed lunch, and junior students will also be required to bring sparring pads for the competition, if you do not have any, they will be available to buy at the weekend.
