There will be extra training at Bannatynes, Ingleby Barwick at the weekend as Cumbria Wadokai will be visiting for the weekend. There will be an additional hour on the Saturday for those who can stay and training will start at 11am on Sunday.

Please note that from Friday 16th May Chester-le-street Wadokai will have a new class. Training time is 7:30pm until 9:00pm for juniors and seniors. The Sunday class will no longer take place.
